  1. Be a current resident for at least the past 5 years

  2. Planning to attend a continuing education program

  3. Submit both the Application and the Teacher/Counselor Form before March 31st.

Keystone Scholarship Program

Since 1995 the Keystone Community Task Force has given out scholarships to local graduating Seniors towards their post High School education. If you are a current or soon to be High School Senior or your child is then this is a great opportunity to help further their education. Below you will find the application. The student should fill out their part, and then have a teacher/counselor fill out their part. The committee focuses on Volunteering/Community Involvement.

Both the application and form HAVE to be filled out. You can fill both out below or download each and submit them to keystonetaskforce@gmail.com. Both need to be received by March 31st to be eligible. If only one is submitted, the application will not be considered.
